Company founder Janne Lavia is specialized in designing holistic service sets for customers and in enhancing marketing and sales messages.
Janne is at his best in planning and managing complex projects, as well as designing and developing tools, information systems and processes.
Janne has worked in translation and localization industry for some 11 years. For instance, Janne worked for Bowne Global Solutions and its precedessors for almost 10 years, most of the time as Global Project Manager. In Translatum, Janne held a position of Vendor Manager and Project Manager. |

Janne has held various Project Management roles for close to 7 years. In these roles, he has planned and managed demanding global projects for customers in many industries. He has builded and developed customer accounts as well as conducted sales, marketing and internal training. Further, he has developed processes and tools, as well as builded, instructed and managed global teams.
As Vendor Manager, Janne has recruited and contracted new vendors and developed vendor relationships.
To add to this, Janne has translated and reviewed all kinds of material such as software, brochures, contracts, helps and user guides. Further, Janne has done extensive DTP and help building work and tested user interfaces of localized software, Web applications and mobile devices.
Our Global Network
We have an globe-spanning network of highly experienced, professional and skilled translation and review vendors. We have sufficient resources and capacity available on demand. The network is one of the key factors as we provide our customers with flexibility.
We, at SenseBase, serve our customers, assure quality, design services and service sets, conduct various kinds of technical work, provide good instructions to everyone in the project, track and monitor the project, as well as develop tools and processes. We also conduct parts of the translations and reviews in-house, especially for material that is highly visible or otherwise critical to the customer.
Our network also includes partner companies. They are available on demand, providing us with additional resources, such as DTP and design services.
Every vendor and partner has signed a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. This NDA specifies how confidential information is kept safe from disclosure to third parties. To provide more layers of protection, additional agreements can be signed at customer's request.
